1. Return/Exchange Cases

• The product does not match the type specified in the order.

• The quantity is insufficient.

• The external condition is affected, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.

Note: Please retain the invoice attached to the goods for the order.

2. Notification and Return Shipping Regulations

• Notification period for returns/exchanges: Within 48 hours from receipt of the product in cases of missing, incorrect, or broken items.

• Return shipping period: Within 7 days from the requested acknowledgment.

• Return/exchange location: we will arrange for staff to deliver the new product and collect the item to be returned or exchanged.
